JAZZ AND MODERN
Jazz dance (Jazz Dance) is one of the most popular dance styles today. Participants in jazz classes will learn this unique style in many different variations: modern jazz, Broadway jazz, contemporary, lyrical.
The class consists of three parts. First comes the most important, which is a comprehensive, vigorous warm-up combined with stretching and exercises to strengthen the whole body. Next, dancers work on dance technique. This part of the class features elements of jazz and classical dance technique, such as spins, pirouettes, swings and spectacular jumps. The final part of the class is learning choreography.
Jazz classes are a great way to develop a dancer comprehensively. Participants in the classes can expect to improve their motor skills, overall physical fitness and body awareness, increase their self-confidence and learn dance improvisation.
Jazz technique is a great starting point for learning dance at an increasingly high level. Jazz and its variations are the basis of many theatrical and musical performances, musicals, dance theater productions and stage shows. It is therefore an ideal choice both for those who want to express their emotions in dance and improve their overall fitness, and for those who dream of a career as a professional dancer.
Classes are held 1 or 2 times a week.
For aspiring dancers who want to train more intensively, we recommend classical ballet classes, which are a great addition to the dance workshop.
The Master Dance Academy has Master Team Kids and Master Team Junior tournament teams, which participate in sports competition in the Jazz Dance category and take part in competitions of local, national and international rank.

Intense leg work is accompanied by body articulation and arm work (port des bras).
