2020 IDO POLAND CHAMPIONSHIP in Ossa is behind us!
The Polish Modern & Contemporary Dance and Jazz Dance Championships organized by the Polish Dance Federation (part of the International Dance Organization) took place on September 3-6, 2020 in Ossa near Warsaw.
The competition is also a qualification for the 2020 European and World Championships and is the most prestigious competition held in Poland.
Our dancers presented themselves in the categories of solo Modern, solo Jazz, duet Modern, Miniform Modern and Miniform Jazz in the age categories of children (8-12), juniors (13-16) and adults (17+).
Between 60 and 100 great dancers from all over Poland competed in each category.

- Miniformation Modern Junior - Oliwia, Ola, Ada, Marcelina, Julia - 8th place
- Marcelina Ratyńska - solo Modern Junior 1 - 12th place
Lena Drękowska, Adrianna Hofman, Julia Grochowska, Aleksandra Ochwat – świetne prezentacje solo Jazz i Modern w kategoriach Dzieci i Junior 1 – dziewczyny pokonały kilkadziesiąt innych tancerek w swoich kategoriach, prezentując efekty swojej ciężkiej pracy przez ostatnie miesiące! <3
Thank you to the Competition Organizers for allowing the Dancers to perform on stage after so many months of lockdown! Thank you to our great Competition for inspiring us to work for the next season. Finally, we would also like to thank the Coaches: Wiktoria Ratyńska for the beautiful choreographies and the tremendous amount of work put into training, Dominika Stróżewska and Marek Zajączkowski for preparing the Dancers, as well as the other Coaches working together.
